Lathem® Time 1600E Tru-Align™ Time Clock & Stamp
No wires, no worries and no more excuses for being late. Tru-Align™ feature ensures a perfect punch every time on special E16 time cards (sold separately). The 1600E is truly automatic as it never needs resetting because it automatically changes year, month and date with perpetual calendar until Year 2099. Even changes time automatically for daylight saving time. With a five-year memory backup battery, the 1600E will even keep time and settings during power outages. As a time clock, the 1600E records employees' in and out times for payroll accounting. As a job clock it can track project time for accurate costing. As a document stamp, the 1600E can print the date, time and preset messages on important documents. Print time in AM/PM or 24-hour format.

Lathem® Time 400E Top-Feed Time Clock Bundle
Provides accurate timekeeping for employees without making the clock-in and clock-out process complicated or difficult. The bundle includes everything needed to get up and running fast including 200 cards, two 10-pocket racks, two ribbons and two sets of keys. The 400E supports any pay period and records the month, date, day of the week, and time with every punch. Most similar type time clocks only provide the date or the day of the week, not both. With SmartClock technology, supervisors will never need to adjust the time or date due to power outage, leap year or daylight savings time. The 400E requires Lathem E14 time cards. Lathem® Time 700E Calculating Time Clock
The 700E is a fully automatic simple calculating time clock that can be used to track time for up to 100 employees. It can be set up to either calculate total hours or simply print the date and time employees clock in and out. With support for any pay period, exact minute or rounding time format, and ease of use, the 700E is a great option for any employee time tracking system. The 700E requires Lathem E17 time cards. Features automatic print alignment and sensing of front and back of cards. Lathem® Time LT5000 Electronic Time & Date Stamp
A revolutionary new electronic time stamp that features patent-pending two-line printing and fully customizable text messages to support any document stamping requirement. Configure up to four different print sets and choose which one to print on-the-fly using push buttons on the case. Customize the date and time including four-digit years, 24-hour or 1-12 AM/PM, regular minutes, tenth of an hour and even seconds to fit your exact needs. For document identification, a programmable eight-digit number can be appended to any print set and configured to advance and repeat based on your requirements. All print formats and custom text messages can be configured online, and programmed to the unit using a standard USB flash drive eliminating complex button setup. Highly accurate time base +/- 15 seconds per month uses Smart Clock functionality which adjusts automatically for DST, automatic month changes, leap year and keeps all time and settings during power failure. Lathem® Time PCEXPRESS Contactless Touch-Free Wi-Fi Digital Time Clock System
Employees simply wave their proximity badge (15 included) in front of the PCEXPRESS wall mount time clock to punch in or out, eliminating contact and reducing the spread of germs. A paid subscription to Lathem's PayClock Online web-based time clock software is required and sold separately. Punch times are transmitted securely by Wi-Fi or Ethernet to the PayClock Online cloud-based time clock software for calculating worked hours including overtime, editing, reporting, and exporting to your existing payroll software including ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks and more. The PCEXPRESS includes features for both employees and supervisors directly at the time clock. Employees can clock in and out with a proximity RFID badge or PIN and perform additional functions on demand such as transferring departments, entering tips, viewing total worked hours, benefit time balances and messages from their supervisor. Made with heavy-duty stock, these cards are perfect for industrial, food service, or general office applications. Featuring black print on the front side and red on the back to ensure correct use, these Lathem time cards are numbered and bar coded to make record-keeping easy. Spots for recording time are easy to read as the time clock imprints text in precise areas. Columns show exactly when an employee clocked in and out during the pay period, while places for a name, signature and pay amount are clearly marked outside of the stamped areas.
